Absolute Delight

Thom and Ray are great landlords. They are very responsive and aid when needed. For example, the AC went out, and they sent someone in the next day for repairs. They even came out and helped us get back into our homes when we locked ourselves out. Their place is comfy and cozy, and has everything you and need more when it comes to furnishing. It is a prime destination to downtown and the beaches and to top it off, there is a Publix walking distance for your everyday groceries. Thom, Ray, and their humble abode were 10/10 and would recommend to anyone that would like to live in Sarasota.

Outstanding Place, Location, Hosts!!

This property is clean and modern with a great location; right next to Payne Park, 5 mins walk to Publix, 3 mins drive to Panera/Starbucks, and 5 mins drive to downtown. T and R are amazing hosts, very attentive and helpful, always making sure that our stay was pleasant. Thank you! We definitely recommend staying here. P&A

Beautiful Apartment in the Best Location-

This rental is an absolute Oasis. The location is just 10 minutes from all Downtown Sarasota has to offer. Dining, Shopping and Amazing Views. Just a 5 min walk to Publix Supermarket and a 20 min walk to Main Street. Another great reason to rent here is just outside your door is access to Payne Park, another hidden gem. The Apartment is the perfect size with a washer/dryer, heated pool and gym. The apt is clean and the space is decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a home away from home whether its short or long term. You will fall in love with this property. The owners are down to earth, easy to communicate with and overall are amazing to work with. You will not be disappointed renting this property.

A beautiful pool and an incredible location top the list of amenities add to that a secure building, landscaped beautifully. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Come get the most out of your living experience at CityWalk Apartments in Sarasota. Downtown Sarasota is a wonderful scene of eateries, theaters, shopping boutiques and artist enclaves. The apartment has tons of light coming thru during serene peaceful days which leads to a great nights sleep. All I know is that I will definitely be in touch with the apartment homeowners (who are wonderful btw)to do my interior design of my own home. So comfy, cozy and very sharp looking. I never wanted to leave home. Run don't walk to this property.

Downtown Sarasota

A spacious, well furnished fun Condo. The property is in lovely downtown Sarasota, in a gated community. The property has full amenities with its own numbered parking space. Washer/Dryer and kitchen dishwasher. Its close to a Publix grocery that you can easily walk to. I love the cozy Lanai that I enjoyed having my morning coffee. The space has two lovely redone modern bathrooms, plenty of closet space and keyless entry. I totally enjoyed my ten day stay and I highly recommend this beautiful space. A+, 10 stars.
