Fabulous condo!!

This condo is wonderful!! Great location! Walking distance to so many things and just a short drive to many other things Charlotte has to offer. The condo is clean, comfortable, well decorated and has everything you need. Lots of natural light with great room darkening curtains for those of us that work nights! Landlord is responsive, though I thankfully did not have to reach out much during my stay. I highly recommend!

Location Location Location

I stayed here for six months and cant say enough good things! Very quiet for a night shifter and perfect curtains to block out the light during the day while I slept. The location is perfect and I was able to walk to so many bars, restaurants, and steps away from the Spectrum Center! Definitely would stay here again if I am ever back in Charlotte!

Great condo

Cute little place in a good area! Condo is well decorated and well maintained. B was super was easy to get in contact with and quickly addressed my questions. Exactly what I needed for my 4 months there.
