Amazing property!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ivan's property during my travel contract. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to major highways and hospitals, which made commuting incredibly easy, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. One of the highlights was the beautiful yard, which was amazing for dogs. My dog Walter *loved* it and was always asking to go outside just to lounge around and enjoy the space. Ivan was a fantastic host...very responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions or issues that came up. His attentiveness really made the stay stress-free and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time at this property, and if Im back in the area for another assignment, I would absolutely book this home again. Thanks so much, Ivan!

Me and my roommate stayed here for about 5 months after moving to Denver! Ivan was always very responsive to anything we brought to his attention or needed help with. Great guy to rent from!

Perfect location by UC Anschutz. I is great. Very responsive and quick to answer requests. Spacious and clean unit. All the necessities included. If I were to return for an assignment to Aurora this would be the first place I go.

Updated and close to UCHealth Anschutz hospital

Unit is updated, quiet and close to UCHealth Anschutz hospital. It is close enough for me to ride my bike to work. Owner and very responsive. Having covered parking is very nice! I enjoyed my stay!
