Ripped me off

Paid my deposit for the room, got there and it was not fully cleaned...even though I was told it would be ready. There was hair in the mini fridge and food left over, bathroom toilet was dirty on the inside, rugs dirty, and hair in the shower still. Also at the last minute my assignment told me I would be taking call and I needed to be refunded prior to even paying for the first month to find a place closer and he would not refund me. I recommend checking places out physically for yourself first. I would not want to do business again. I'm highly disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of financially.

Quiet neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks and trails to enjoy a walk or a run. MUSC hospital is an easy 15-20 drive and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. The bed was comfy, the space adequate for a 13 week stay and the owner is kind and a pleasure to deal with. There is a dog (Nala) that lives in the main house and she will come visit you. If you are lucky and with the owners permission Nala will come stay with you every once in a while. She is my favorite memory of Charleston. I would stay here again without hesitation. If there had been a washer/dryer I would have given 5 stars.
