Don was helpful and a great host. He was timely with any issues and easy to reach. Stayed here for a year and would recommend to anyone in the Denver area. Great location being not too far from anything you like doing whether it's indoors or outdoors.

great 3 bedroom with tons of amenities

3 bedrooms each with a smart tv and ceiling fans, well-appointed kitchen with lots of storage, amazing backyard space for entertaining, good security. I stayed with 2 teens and the home had everything we wanted! Landlord Don is an absolute gem. He lives nearby and is very hands on. One time I texted him about an A/C issue at 2am not expecting a reply, but he was over shortly after to reset it. He takes great pride in his properties and keeping them well-maintained- he's very communicative and responsive. There is a downstairs apartment so be aware you will be sharing the yard, laundry, and weight room with those tenants, and hear some minimal noise, but the units are fully separate and secure. We were very comfortable and Don was very accommodating. The back patio is great for entertaining- even an outdoor tv. I wish I could have taken advantage of all it had to offer in the time we were there. Highly recommend!

Great Home

D is a fantastic Landlord and was so accommodating and helpful. My family and I had a horrific situation we were having to leave immediately from. We were frantically searching for a new home with no real idea how long we would need to stay at a new place and had to navigate a lot. We reached out to D and he responded quickly and was so genuinely helpful in so many ways. We are truly so grateful for him and his beautiful home that was such an amazing experience. Truly the best landlord we have ever had and was available to help with anything we needed in a very timely manner. His home has everything you could need, was super clean, well kept and he is great with communicating. Real great location as it is near a freeway and in a super cute area with nice restaurants, shops and parks. I fully recommend his home if you are in need of a place to live.

Excellent experience

We stayed at D's house for 2 months. He was kind all the time. Since the first moment. The house is beautiful, he has great taste and does everything possible to make his guests comfortable. The location is excellent public transport to Dowtown, there is a mall 5 minutes away by car. A brewery a few blocks away. Excellent place to stay the neighborhood is quiet I loved it I would definitely come back.

Excellent Host, Amazing Property

I stayed with D and his sweet pup Bella for just about two months and I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. He welcomed me and my dog into his home and quickly made sure we had everything that we needed. I was working long hours and D went out of his way to make sure my pup was loved and taken care of. I was also very engaged in studying for work tests and I had all the privacy and quiet I needed. His back patio and lawn area are really an oasis and it was great reading and grabbing a drink under the canopy deck roof. His accommodations were perfect and if it weren't for making Denver a permanent location and buying my own place, I would still be staying with him.

Room rental

D was a great host, very friendly, welcoming, and had awesome communication. The house was always very clean and tidy. The room I rented was comfortable and a good size for a short stay. He is very pet friendly and even watched my small dog when I had work. Definitely a great place to stay.
