SAFE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
First things first this property is in a safe location! I'm a traveler and I've been to many places for work, including Flint, MI. This property has pretty much everything one would need for a short or extended stay, and is as advertised. Has no issues with heating or cooling and a reliable internet connection. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants in the nearby area. If I ever found myself back in St. Louis I would 100% stay here again!

Favorite Tree House
I would call this MY tree house because at first glance it looked like one since it was high off the ground next to a nice tree lol. This place legit has everything I needed plus more. It was a close drive to SLCH and plenty of street parking (just pay attention when street sweepers will come by). Nice park near by as well as a few local bars and coffee shops. I cook more then eating out so it was nice he had all the cookware I needed to make all my meals. J the landlord was great at communicating and will answer all questions asap. Overall I had a very nice stay and would highly recommend.
