Charming home in Central Denver - Basement Apartment

Great Location and Clean Space

I just moved out of Tyler's place and will say she was a lovely host! She was always available if I needed anything or had any questions! She also often hired someone to clean the space at no extra cost! I will say this is not the best space for someone who cooks a lot at once as sometimes the fuse blew while running the toaster oven and 2 hot plates at a time. I also would not recommend for someone who is night shift and a light sleeper as you can often hear upstairs (though Tyler does always try to be quiet). Tyler does ask for your schedule so she can try to avoid using the shared space (washing/drying room and workout room) while you are there. She also texts when she is about to head downstairs. Overall a good stay! the parking spot in the alley is very convenient, you are a 5 minute walk to the botanical gardens and cheeseman park! Also close walking distance to cherry creek dining/shopping area, as well as some good spots on colfax and 17th Street!

The Perfect Spot

I am a current tenant, staying 8/14/24 thru 10/14/24. Great property. This place was exactly what I was looking for: -furnished (bed, dressers, couch, tv, fridge, toaster oven, hotplate, microwave, flatware, utensils, etc.) -washer & dryer -dedicated parking spot -central Denver location -very walkable neighborhood (restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores are a 15 minute walk in any direction) -Cheesman Park is like 2 blocks away The owner is wonderful and very respectful of your space and privacy. This basement apartment does not have a private entrance but it sure felt like it had one. And once youve walked downstairs, the entire floor is your space. The owner gives you ample notice when the cleaning services will be there or when a prospective tenant wants to view the property. Im so glad I chose this property over AirBnB (no hidden cleaning costs or weird fees!). BONUS: Sarge the tuxedo cat!
