My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a small time. The apartment itself was small, not ideal for two people and a dog. The owner assured us it was a safe spot. There were attempted car break-ins and we had heard from neighbors about attempted car jackings. Concerns were expressed to the owner in which I was told "that happens every in Dallas, you won't find an area that there isn't crime." Upon move-in it was VERY obvious the owners hadn't been there in months, vents were falling out of the wall, furniture that was pictured on the website was not there, etc. There also was a roach problem. This owner will use your words against you every single time, diminishes concerns and will fight you on almost everything. You will get charged for EVERYTHING, even things that are considered normal ware and tear - and it will probably be WAY more than what it should actually cost. Overall, do not recommend - we actually left prior to the lease end and moved - where there is no crime*
