Excellent

Clean and comfortable home. Sally gives you privacy. She comes and check how everything is going or if something needs to be taken care off. I had a 13week contract, the commute is 35 mins which is very reasonable for working in Seattle. You have your own private bathroom. My roommate Shannon was really easy to get along but we also gave each other privacy. It was really nice to want to come home. Thank you Sally

Room

I stayed at Sally's place for a year. She was great landlord always on top of things I asked her to fix if there was an issue. Had great roommates as well. Place is well taking care of. Unfortunately I took a staff job and had to leave. Highly recommend her place.

Great Location

House was beautiful and clean. Great location. Owner was very nice but overbearing. It's a split level house and she lives downstairs. During our initial phone conversation, she had told me that she hardly ever goes upstairs. However, she went upstairs every day and checked everything. From rearranging our food in the cabinets to telling us when we could and couldn't have our individual air conditioning units on. There is no central air so each room has an individual unit. However, she literally checked them every day and would tell us when we could use them. She is obsessed with the house rules and prints them out and leaves them on the counter. And goes over them freq. She would text or call me and my roommates almost every day about something, usually something insignificant. It really was annoying. And it just felt wrong being watched on the cameras all the time and then questioned when and where we were going. I definitely recommend boundaries and privacy being discussed upfront.

Amazing Stay!!

This property is a gem! I felt right at home the minute I stepped in the door. The bedrooms are a great size (I had a queen room the first 2 month and then moved into the Master suite for the last 3 months) with alot of closet and drawer space. S has really furnished with high end mattresses, bedding, furnishings and each room had a large smart tv and desk. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked on appliances for anything you might want to cook. Lovely inviting dining/living area. I will definately reach out to see if she has any openings if I am back in the area!! I just can't say enough good things. I felt welcome, safe and secure. Thank you S for a wonderful experience.

Furnished Private Master Bedroom

My husband and I needed a short-term place to stay. We are glad we chose to stay here. S is a very nice host. She bought me a brand new desk because I work from home and the room did not have one. This showered me how above and beyond she will go to make sure her tenants have a pleasant stay. The other two roommates that lived there were also very nice and respectful. The deck was very big and sitting out there was very relaxing after a long day of work. This property was also very close to Meadowdale Beach Park, a beautiful hike that leads to the ocean, only a few minutes' drive!

perfect for travel nurses

Im a solo female traveler and this was my first time staying at a room in a house. This place could not have felt more comfortable. Owner was very quick to respond and the home is stocked with everything you need. (Pots, pans, dishes, Keurig, cleaning and cooking essentials such as spices, trash bags, dish soap). Despite there being other tenants, it always felt private. We were all healthcare so we rarely saw each other. My favorite part was the fact each bedroom door has a key lock. I had the shared bathroom and it was always clean. Washer and dryer worked excellent, they were in the shared bathroom so that could potentially cause an inconvenience but I never had an issue during my stay. I had a short stay due to it being a distant location from the hospital I was working at but if it werent for that I wouldve stayed without a doubt. Highly recommend

Beautiful Home
