If you like quiet this is it!!!
This was a great place to live as it wasn't just a short stay for me. Ms. Janie is a great host and extremely accommodating. If you need anything or questions about the area, she'll help you. Literally 200 yards to Lake Folsom and the walking trails around it, you'll spend some good days just enjoying the area. You'll enjoy the quietness of the area along with the wildlife wandering through. The apartment has what you need and ideal for one person.
Unbelievable find! This is a peaceful environment in a calm and quiet area amazingly close to the lake!
I was comfortable from the moment I drove up. Very peaceful garden and deck greet you with a soothing water feature right off the front deck. The owner was out in her garden, a common sighting, caring for the varied lusciousness that surrounds her home. She was a delight and friendly. When I stayed, I was retraining with my employer for a different position and needed the ability to extend month to month. She was very accommodating. While I was there, she was planning to convert the lower area to a separate apartment, which how now been beautifully completed. She added details and features that are lovely and comfortable which mirror her style and personality. She is a joy to chat with. If you get the opportunity to stay at this lovely home, you may wish you could stay forever. The local area has much to offer, yet you are off the beaten path, and away from the crowds and noise. Truly a rare gem!
