Such an idyllic place to live

Tracie and Anthony were fantastic landlords, and this 1BR/1 loft condo on South First was honestly one of the best places I've stayed. The location is unbeatable - you're just 5 minutes from the city, but the neighborhood itself is charming and quiet, so it never felt hectic. What really stood out was how responsive and attentive they were the whole time; any questions or needs were handled quickly. You can tell they've thought through every detail of the place - decor, amenities, comfort. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in Austin!! I already miss this place!

Great Apartment, Great Landlords

I stayed here two months for work. The apartment is beautiful and well laid out. Tracie and Anthony are awesome, responsive landlords. Would stay here again. 10/10.

Great first landing spot in Austin

I loved my stay at Poolview. I moved to Austin from out of state and spent my first couple of months here, and it was a great way to warm up to the city. The location does a lot of the work - an H-E-B is right up the road for groceries, Barton Springs is close, downtown is a short drive north, and you're sitting right between South Congress and South Lamar, so there's always something a few minutes away. A lot of places look better in photos than in person. Not here. Everything was in exactly the condition the listing showed, spotlessly clean, and in good working order. Having the pool right outside made it feel more like a resort than a rental. Tracie and Anthony are what really made it. They had the place stocked with everything I needed for a short-term stay and were quick to respond any time I had a question. Highly recommend.
