Great location. Lovely, tranquil, well-maintained private room+bath+entry +a small, but charming courtyard. The overall design shows keen attention to detail. High quality bedding and linens. Note: there is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave & coffee-maker/tea kettle in unit. The owners are welcoming, experienced and sensitive to their guests individual needs and comfort. They are accessible and communicate easily and promptly. Whether you seek a week or a month stay - I highly recommend this property.

Separate room with private bath, patio and entry. Room is spacious with plenty of natural light. Comfy queen bed. Desk area. Cute retro bath with tub/shower. Tile throughout the unit. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Huge closet with plenty of shelving. Serene and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Owners are easy to communicate with and provide a sweet welcome letter listing fun things in the area which includes free golf cart ride app to various places in Del Ray. Restaurants, shopping and the beach within minutes. Put this property on your favorites list.

Fantastic quiet room in private home with separate entrance

I was very satisfied with this accommodation. While I am not a traveling nurse, I am a traveling attorney with a practice that allows me to travel. I also rented a separate office. Location is terrific near downtown Delray, Fl. The room is plenty big and while connected to the main house, I almost never heard the home owners! There is a private bath and a refrigerator with microwave. I seldom cook so this worked out fine. There is a separate entrance through your own private and fenced outdoor space. The outdoor space had a table with four chairs and beautiful orchids! I enjoyed breakfast outside almost every morning. The homeowners reside in the house. They have had experience with exchange students over the years and are accustomed to having people around. That being said, I seldom saw them. I highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to stay there again!
