I stayed at the buchanan unit. The location was perfect, close to everything I need. Landlords were great and friendly and it was a quiet space.

Meets basic requirements but very noisy

To my knowledge there are numerous units this landlord is advertising but I stayed in the Avondale location and will rate the Avondale unit. The landlords are very nice, accommodating and have a fast response time. The space is nice and meets all basic necessities. The caveat is that this unit is shared in one home which separates you with one door. In addition, the walls are super thin in which I've woken up earlier than expected because conversations are heard through the walls/vent. The external noise from the landlords part of the home is very noisy. I DO NOT recommend this listing if you are a person who NEEDS a quiet environment. If you are a SPT studying for boards, look for another place. I understand the walls are thin in this house and landlords did try their best to keep noise level down but to not much success. Otherwise, the landlords are very nice.
