Best decision!

The home is spotless, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. Especially the fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking and daily living incredibly easy. The owner is exceptionally responsive and kind, always replying quickly and making sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to any traveling professional looking for a well equipped, peaceful, and reliable home.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property and the owners! I stayed in this lovely home for a few months. The place was clean, well decorated, quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and the landscaping outside was beautiful. The owners are truly great people, I had absolutely no problems dealing with them. They really went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. They are without a doubt the best owners I have ever rented from!!

Great Home in the Santa Maria location

We loved this stay and were able to make this our home away from home very nicely! I was looking to make a very quick move from a previous location and this was everything that I was looking for. The owners were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Some of the features that were very notable includes the surrounding area, the gas fireplace, nice backyard space, and the living room spaces. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a space that could house a few family members!

My husband and I rented this home for 6 months and Loved it! The owners are amazing! They were friendly, responsive and totally accommodating. The home is lovely, cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great. The yard is beautifully kept. This is the first time we rented a house and it completely felt like Home. If we ever need to rent a house in this area again, we would definitely want the Estriga home. Thank you!! P and J
