Really enjoyed my stay here during my contract! Brendan is very good about making sure you have what you need and responds promptly when you need something. The room was nice and spacious, especially with having two dogs with me. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home, gorgeous, fenced in yard, beautiful brand new kitchen and updated bathrooms. Gorgeous vintage furniture. B is an amazing guy who loves helping people. I would highly recommend renting this place.

Convenient home in Manchester, NH

Huge property conveniently located by downtown Manchester and close to major hospitals & other medical facilities including clinics & nursing homes. The house is relatively okay, I rented the masters bedroom in the main floor, it's a big room with ample space for clothes and other personal belongings. Kitchen is right outside the masters bedroom. I liked the spacious kitchen since I cook my own food instead of buying fastfoods. Only downside are the bathrooms, other tenants are mostly male so the bathrooms are dirty & not being maintained. I suggest you guys bring your own toilet paper and cleaning supplies so you can clean the bathrooms yourself. As far as W/D, I never had the chance to find out if there is one in the house that's actually working because I go to a nice laundromat for a wash/dry/fold service every week (I highly recommend Embassy Laundromat in Union St) Overall the room is okay with the price I paid cuz Im not picky. Easy to negotiate with owner also. Thanks B!
