Cozy & Quiet Studio in Historic Covington

Awesome and well maintained place

I stayed on the top floor unit from November 2025 to early March 2026. The place is well maintained with decent furnished items you will need. The landlord/property management is super responsive and very accommodating for my needs. Andy, the Property Manager, is very customer service oriented. All he has is nothing but super utmost mannerisms, accountability and responsibility. All minor issue I run into NOT caused by the property was resolved very quickly. Location is awesome (2 to 4 blocks away from several eateries, bars, and 3 blocks from Robling Bridge if you need to go across the Ohio River to Cincinnati. The property, comes with registered street parking, is surrounded by all things one may not need in a residential neighborhood with an art and cultural center across from the property so relatively quiet except for the traffic. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend your stay with Andy/his units.

Great furnished apartment in the middle of everything

This apartment is near anything you would want to do in covington or Cincinnati! Great location. Within walking distance to all the great restaurants and nightlife in covington including Braxton brewery. Only a few blocks from the Roebling Bridge so you can walk to a reds or Bengals game. The owner was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were addressed. Loved the old house with the unique architecture mixed with modern convieneces. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Love the location for evening walks and looking at all the history in the area. My only complaint would be that we couldn't stay longer! Will definitely try to stay here again if we ever get another contract in the area!

Worst experience ever

The property is nice but the landlord is a bully. I had several issues with the property the first week I moved in. They were never addressed and I had to find solutions on my own. One being an issue with blow flies coming into the apartment because the buildings trash sits right outside the kitchen door. My lease stated that there isn't a penalty for rent being late until after the 5th. Each month my rent was paid before the 5th but because it wasn't paid on the 1st he deducted money from my deposit. After requesting in writing where it states this in my lease he never responded. It has been a month and I still haven't heard anything. Now I have to determine if ita worth small claims court. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.
