Amazing unit + host

I had an amazing time staying here during my time in Grand Rapids. It has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay (the only thing separate is the washing machine which is in the basement), but no issues with maintenance. It’s very convenient (12-15 mins by walk to Corewell Health Butterworth campus) and likewise to the downtown area. It’s surrounded by a quiet neighborhood and I felt completely safe. Darla and the property manager have been nothing short of kind, and they made everything so easy!

Awesome Unit

This was a perfect option as my boyfriend and I were house hunting in the GR area and did not want to be attached to a long term lease. Darla the owner is very responsive and allowed us to extend our stay while we were still looking. The unit was in great condition we had no maintenance requests the whole time and I loved the location! So many walkable bars and restaurants!

Awesome 1 Bedroom Apartment

This is the perfect apartment for a traveling professional! All basic necessities are provided. The owners are an awesome couple that communicate well. They have a local property manager for any on-site issues; he responds very promptly. The neighborhood is fantastic! There are many eclectic bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Its a short drive to many outdoor places to visit (the beach, sand dunes, hiking trails, etc.). It was a pleasure to rent this property no hassles, great communication, easy background check and lease process.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Neighbors were great, and the parking spot in the back lot was a big plus. I highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

Has everything you'd need and has plenty of space for one person. Neighbors are great and very quiet - never had any issues whatsoever. The parking pad in the back is very nice because it takes you off the main street. The surrounding area is quiet as well - lots of families, so it never gets too loud or feels too dangerous. The apartment itself is well-maintained, and I never had any issues or complaints about things breaking or the general condition of anything. Would have stayed longer if I didn't have to move for work. Would absolutely recommend
