A short term that turned into a two-year home! Carlos is amazing, personable, and hospitable. Someone I will always consider a friend. My contract started at 6months and before I knew it I had extended 3more times. The space is very homey, private entrance, and access to your own washer and dryer. It truly has everything you need.

Stay

Great stay, very spacious and clean. Very close to everything, having your own designated parking spot was amazing. C was a great host always brought down all my packages! Definitely 10/10 recommend

Pleasant stay, very comfortable

The property is very comfortable. It has its own access in the rear part of the house, which gives you as much privacy as you might want. Everything felt like new, including the bathroom, and the kitchen is well equipped, just like the pics of the announcement, so daily life can go completely independent from the tenant. The tenant is a young and educated guy, very easy to talk to, and he is also watchful with the cleanliness of his part of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovable but not isolated, since downtown, as well as Silver Spring, are directly reachable by bus, whose stop is only three blocks away. That was one of my favourite things, since I really like those two places. I spent a nice time there, and when I return to DC I would definitely look for this flat again.

Beautiful and Comfortable

I am a female traveler and this property was the perfect location for my assignment and also safe. C was super kind and accommodating during my stay. The property looks just as its pictured and had everything I needed for my stay. I especially loved that a parking space came with the rental and the convenience of the washer and dryer being in the unit. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here if Im ever in the area again.
