Loved this property

This is apartment is super cute and well equipped. Tracey literally thought of everything and made sure it was handy in the apartment. I was only in the apartment for 1 month, but it was so cozy and the best sleep of my life! I always found parking right out front and never worried about a parking ticket. Also, hats off to Tracey for literally turning my request around in 24 hours to occupy the property after my other rental fell thru when I arrived. Tracey was always quick to respond and line up any service needed within 24 hours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Baltimore Stay

This apartment is very cute, clean, and has everything I needed to feel at home for a few months. The location was ideal for me; the neighborhood feels bustling but safe. 5 minute walk to the amazing Patterson Park and tons of great restaurants in all directions, as well as a 5-10 minute walk to the Fells Point Waterfront. Transportation was also super easy. It was across the street from the shuttle stop for JH Medical Campus and I would park my car right in front of the apartment. I would have to move my car every couple of days to be safe. Parking could be tricky during dinner time but generally it was usually pretty easy to find. Tracey the landlord made all the details very clear and was super accommodating. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Im obsessed with this place and everything about it! Between the location, Tracy-the amazing landlord, and the cute place itself, I cant recommend this place enough. Parking was challenging at times but otherwise 10/10. I had zero issues and any concerns or question I had, Tracy was quick to respond. Perfect for one person and walking distance to everything. If i extended my contract, I wouldve renewed my lease here!
