Clean, beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Kymberli is very kind and accommodating. Basement area has a great entertainment room with enough space for an office setup. Private bathroom was also a great bonus. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to the Cherry Creek mall and restaurants. Great location for walks. Thanks Kymberli.

Amazing Place to Stay

I enjoyed staying with the best roommate K and her pups Ben and Brooklyn. She is so welcoming and communicates well about what is going on. The room and bathroom are enjoyable to stay in and meet all needs. The shared space meets all your needs and is always free to use as needed. The area is walkable, safe, and within 10 mins of local hospitals. There is an ice cream and donut shop, and several specialty shops in the area. K makes you feel very welcome in her home and I will forever be grateful for her kindness while I stayed with her. I will miss her, Benny, and Brooklyn and hope to be able to return at some point in my travels. Her home is very beautiful and well-maintained. You definitely would not regret staying with them!

perfect spot!

This is a great space close to everything you need in Denver! Right in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood and walking distance to Wash Park, an easy quick drive to cherry creek or downtown. The space itself is private and quiet with a shared kitchen. It's very clean and is a great value for the area! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Live!

K's placed was wonderful to stay at! She is very kind, generous, and easy to live with. The place was clean and plenty of space. There are two outside areas with additional seats and areas to hang out. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. Great location overall in Denver. A quick drive to downtown and most places the city has to offer. You can walk to Wash Park with ease. Very great value and a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again!
