I loved this location. easy access to light rail. safe building. lovely roof top deck. owner is super easy to talk to and get in touch with. so many restaurants and bars in walking distance. grocery store is around the corner. I would stay again.

capitol hill living

Ive stayed at this apartment twice now and its been a positive experience both times! The location is perfect for me - lite rail station is close by and can take you all the way to the airport! For me also its close to work @ Harborview Medical Center. About a 10 min drive! The place itself is small but the layout does a good job at making the living and kitchen spaces feel separate. The neighborhood is fun and lively, feels like there is always something going on! Good neighborhood for young people or someone who enjoys the energy of the city. L, the landlord, has been awesome. Shes attentive, super responsive, and very helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Studio

L***s Capitol Hill condo was perfect for my travel assignment in Seattle! The space had everything I needed (washer / dryer major plus!). The building was safe and secure. The condo is perfectly located - right near the main attractions of Capitol Hill, but on a quieter street that feels much more residential. I loved my stay here and would absolutely come back!
