Downtown Auburn Washington, close to medical facilities

Single family home with basement apartment. There are two rooms to rent in the basement. There is a shared laundry, bathroom, full kitchen, front room, and eating space if there is another tenant. We charge by the month, no first and last, to include everything - wifi, etc. for $1200. We prefer female renters but will rent to a couple, in which case the couple would be the only renters for $2000 a month
