Great place and location

Everything from the location to response of the agents have been fantastic with this home. Would gladly come back if any Indy hospital offered me a contract.

Buyer beware

Rent at your own risk!!! Upon move in this house was filthy and the room in which you rent was the worst. I had to immediately go and buy clean sheets and blankets. After pictures and complaints house keeper was sent back out, where I was informed she had been told not to clean appropriately because they wanted to save money. Pet deposit as clearly listed on the lease is a fee, not a deposit, you will not be getting it back. There will be no room in the fridge, freezer, or pantry for you to use due to long term tenant. You will be responsible for cleaning the entire house because long term DID NOT clean. Final thought is if you enjoy a contact high on a routine basis in an illegal state, feel free to rent a smoke filled house that was so bad my asthma was a constant issue. MANAGEMENT COMPANY could care less about any of these issues and will take every chance they can to keep whatever money they want.

Great place to stay!

This place was amazing and well worth the price! The place was spacious and had all the comforts a traveling healthcare professional would need and was also located outside of the city enough to not feel claustrophobic but still only 15-20 minutes from the downtown Indy area. I would stay here again!
