Well Designed and Stocked Beautiful Apartment

I lived here for almost a year - and would have lived here much longer if I didn't move across country for family! This property has everything you need and more - well stocked beyond just basics. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, including a large kitchen with high quality, full-size appliances and a lovely shower. The unit gets a ton of natural sunlight which is rare for a Portland apartment, and it feels like a hidden forest oasis within the city. There are more than a dozen grocery stores, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Dave and Pilar live upstairs and are readily accessible and available for any issues. I would recommend this place to anyone, travel nurse or not. For nurses, this unit is well situated to get to OHSU, Providence Portland, and Providence St. Vincent, among others. In fact, I worked at Providence St. Vincent and was well within the 30 minute call requirement. Parking is easy and almost always available right outside.

SE Portland studio.

I lived at this location solo for 11 months and was very happy here. Its a beautiful space. It doesnt really feel like a studio but more like a mini-apartment. The kitchen is a great size, the bathroom is very modern, and the bed was super comfortable. It stayed extra warm during the cold winter months (and even snow!) I work remotely as a stenographer and the wifi connection gave me no issues. Also, I was able to walk the few blocks to a Pilates studio I found off Division. Theres a grocery store within walking distance and two movie theaters less than a mile in either direction. Multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. I felt very safe here as well. The owners were very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this location!

Fabulous place to stay

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during our 6 months in Portland. There is lots of storage space and the unit is beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed and really felt at home. D and P are great landlords and we hope to be back in the future!

Great Location and Landlord

My girlfriend and I stayed here for about 5 months in the 2nd half of 2022, and we really enjoyed it. As the prior tenant said, D&P were great landlords and really helped create a great environment for our stay. We had no issues, and even when the coffee pot met its end, they were quick to provide us with a newer and better one! The neighborhood is great, the apartment is clean and comfortable. For a basement unit there really wasn't much noise even when the landlords were home. Street parking for two cars was no problem. Lot's of storage space, too, which was awesome. Overall, we would highly recommend this unit and the Landlords! Thanks, David for a great stay and great communication!

Perfect Location

We stayed here for 6 months while I was working at Kaiser Sunnyside. The location is perfect and the apartment is even more charming in person. D & P were wonderful landlords! The bed was really comfortable, parking was always available on the street, AC unit is available if needed in the summer, & lots of adorable shops within walking distance. It's a basement unit, so as expect there can be a little noise when landlords are in town; but it really wasn't too bothersome and it was always quiet past 8pm. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Portland!
