Well-Maintained Home and Respectful Living Environment

I had a very positive experience staying here for 11 months. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for a longer-term stay. The house was well maintained, with a gardener and a cleaner every other week, and communication was always easy and respectful whenever any questions or issues came up. The house has clear expectations for shared living, ample space for groceries, and access to laundry during designated hours. I appreciated the organized and well-kept environment throughout my stay. The location was very convenient, with a variety of stores nearby and even a lovely movie theater just around the corner. Overall, it was a peaceful place to live, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation that is conducive to work or study and who values a considerate shared living environment.

Lovely, comfortable place to call home for a while

I stayed here for close to a year when I moved back to the Bay Area after an extended period of traveling. I originally planned to stay for 2-3 months, and ended up staying for over ten months. The room and house are comfortable, the neighborhood safe and convenient, and J is a lovely host/landlord/housemate. She's cheerful and easygoing, I enjoyed our conversations, and I always felt welcome in her home. The back garden is peaceful, and I appreciated being able to use the backyard studio as well.
