When I first started traveling, they were incredibly welcoming and willing to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend these landlords and their property. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and are always quick to help whenever something comes up. The atmosphere is friendly, and the place truly feels like a home away from home. The property is very well kept, quiet, and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience staying here and would absolutely come back!

LOVED OUR STAY

Myself , my fiance , our daughter and our dog had the PLEASURE of staying here from July-November while my fianc was on a work project outside of Bismarck. Can't say enough how GREAT the owners of this property and the neighbors we had the pleasure of sharing the complex with were ! The lady above us quickly turned from a neighbor to someone i'm glad to call a lifelong FRIEND ! She was so helpful to us our entire stay and she's a permanent resident so if you choose to stay here you'll be so lucky to have her as your neighbor ! We will be back in North Dakota by summer for the next job and we already plan to get in touch with the owner for our next stay ! Wish i could give 10 stars !

Do Not Advice

Zero stars if possible. The care taker" that lives above the apartment enters without permission AEB my dog being out of her gate and things being moved around when I fine from work. When asking the landlord he said that would be hard to prove because he only has cameras in the laundry and parking lot. New Years Day smelt like the care taker was cooking drugs or something equally as odorous. Do not book/lease property!
