Furnished Apartment Close to OHSU Tram

Wonderful Stay!

This is an amazing find! Stayed here for 3 months while working at OHSU and is in a great location to walk to the aerial tram. Very cozy, great space, and very respectful/accommodating hosts! I cannot recommend this unit enough!

Great summer in Portland

I am so grateful to have found this apartment! It was perfect for my 3 month travel nurse contract at Legacy Good Sam. Just a 10 minute drive through town. The location was awesome for doing things in and around Portland too. We utilized the street car down by OHSU and the waterfront often but it was also a quick drive to hop on the highway. It was clean, comfortable, and extremely spacious for a 1 bedroom basement apartment. Plus you have your own personal washer and dryer! Not to mention the owners were so kind and so easy to work with. I would recommend this rental to anyone I know.

Portland basement unit

This place was spacious and clean. Portland is cold and the heater in the unit works great! Might not need it so hot. The unit is in the basement, so steps can be heard upstairs but they were very understanding to not making so much noise. They(E) do ask what shift one works and they try to work around that. We met E, who does the viewing for the owners, and she was great and thoughrough with everything!! I did have to leave due to contract issues with my travel agency and the owners where very understanding, which as a travel nurse we know that's not always the case with LL. My rent was prorated and we left the place as we received it and received the deposit back. Overall, great people and beautiful place for a great price!
