Spacious Studio in Cute Pocket of NE Portland

NE PDX Studio

Carol's studio is a very nice set up, having everything I needed. The bathroom is very spacious! The unit is located in a lovely neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes and parks within walking distance. It took me about 10-15 minutes (at most) to drive anywhere. Carol was very responsive with any questions I had and she was very considerate and communicative.

NE Portland Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Carol's place. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to main streets with a lot of restaurants, shops. There is a nice park nearby. I like to walk and had a lot of fun exploring the neighborhood. Parking was easy, there is a space in the driveway and plenty of street parking if needed. The space is on the first level (not a basement). It was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was big and nice. The shared laundry was easy and she was very considerate of timing things around shifts I worked. Carol was overall really nice and responsive. The kitchenette is on the smaller side, but worked well for me for the duration of my stay.

Lovely, private stay in well equipped studio

I had such a lovely stay in C's downstairs studio. She is very kind, helpful, flexible and attentive to detail. She gave me complete privacy and was communicative and responsive when I needed anything. I appreciate that she is so environmentally conscious and left sustainable supplies and suggestions for energy saving. The studio has lots of windows and the light is great. It is furnished with comfortable, pretty furniture and the wood floors make it feel homey. Everything was well stocked and very clean. I had all I needed to make simple meals in the kitchenette. The large shower is fabulous, with both a water saving head and a regular one. The shared washer and dryer, just outside the door, are wonderful and C gave me substantial freedom to use them. I was grateful for the off street parking. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful to take walks in. The only thing that could make the stay better is to have the fireplace connected, especially for the winter.
