Adorable place

Kyle was the best! Anything I needed he was there to help, very responsive. The apartment was delightfully close to the hospital and close to top sights of the city. The apartment had everything I needed and was a very cozy place. Thanks for everything Kyle.

Super comfy

A very nice and safe house 5 minutes from Rileys Childrens Hospital. Super comfortable and cute 1 bedroom home that I was really happy to call my home away from home. The landlord is great, he even put a bench outside so I could have a nice little place to sit and relax after work. I loved that even on a busy traffic day it only took me 6 minutes to get to work.

Great 1 bedroom

Loved our stay at this property! Very spacious and comfortable! There are two properties (duplex) but I never hear the neighbors that share the property. Parking was great! It's on a busier street but the parking in the back was perfect! Also street parking was easy to find as well. Close to a lot of stuff! Communication was excellent! If I ever had a question about anything he would be right there to help! The washer and dryer are super great to have in the unit and they work great. Just a great spot for travelers!

Home sweet home

I absolutely loved staying here. It was super close to downtown, all major hospitals, and easy enough to go outside of the city. Communication with K was fast and super easy, and he was always available. The neighbors were friendly and always looking out. I felt very safe, especially since there was a ring system with basically 360 views of the house. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Indy.

Great find!! Newly renovated

Great little spot just west of downtown Indy. Newly renovated older home, with everything you need for a month to month rental! Great location with easy access to downtown and the surrounding area. Ring security cameras and lights for added security. Landlord is super nice and very responsive if there are any issues. Always responded the same day and was very accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Homey (I'll keep it in mind for future Indy visits again)

Worth it! The location is very central to many places in Indy. The house is newly renovated to be comfortable with all of a traveler's need and feels very homey. The house seems to be an older built duplex so you may feel some floor creaks and see some older architecture but overall it does not take away from the homey and comfortable feel of it. The mattress is soft and cozy for a good night sleep and you have dark out curtains for the night shifters. While the neighborhood is not the best looking, it is safe even as a female solo traveler and you have a very friendly neighbor that helps keep an eye out for the landlord along with a Ring System. Lastly, the landlord is amazingly nice, very charismatic and talkative. He will make sure that you are comfortable and any issues that may occur he is very prompt in handling it all and coming in himself to help out. In case that he can't, he will send one of his workers that are just as nice as him. This place is a cute gem spot.
