Cozy Place

Great stay! The place was super clean, exactly like the photos, and felt really comfortable. The host had great communication, quick replies and easy check-in. Able to reach out for assistance quickly. The location was perfect too, close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Place, Poor Communication

I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately cannot recommend this rental. Starting with positives - easy booking, clean apartment, good communication to start. I was able to check in easily, and the landlord helped once when there was trouble with the garage door. Unfortunately, despite leaving the apartment in good condition over 2 months ago, I cannot get in contact with the landlord to get my $500 security deposit back. I have tried reaching out multiple times - initially I was told it would be sent, then that she would look into it further, and now no communication for >1 month. Again, I hate to leave a bad review but it is wrong to collect a $500 security deposit and then refuse to communicate with your prior tenant when they request it back.

Awesome Rental

Omg! I felt so at home in this beautiful rental. Mrs L is an amazing person. I had zero problems getting in or getting out. My dog even enjoyed himself. It was very clean, smelled so good inside. Would I stay here again? I sure will without any hesitation. I felt at home in this cozy place. If I could give her 10 stars I would. How could I forget, the area is amazing as well you can find plenty of stores and places to eat. Thank Mrs L
