It's a old house just like most houses in Milwaukee, it's affordable and it's nice for a traveler. Joe always shoved the walkways , didn't have too much of a problem with the downstairs neighbor except for laundry but I just stated doing my laundry at a laundromat instead. Will definitely get this same one if I'm ever working in or near Milwaukee again . Thank you Joe

Basic place to stay if desperate

Basic place to sleep and nothing more, photos are not what you get once inside. No sheets or towels , stove is covered in old grease, fridge was dirty. Carpet in the living room needs to be ripped out and replaced with hardwood flooring. Parking is on the street and owner does not tell you this until you rent so be aware that you can get a ticket and can't register your vehicle if you are from out of state, City does not allow this.

Property pigsville

Nice clean unit, quiet neighborhood centrally located, probably 5 minutes to downtown. Landlord was helpful and easy to reach. Would stay there again.

Joe is an amazing landlord!!

J was 100% transparent and accommodating even before the apartment was ready. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The apartment has a great backyard, laundry and indoor space. I would absolutely recommend renting from J anytime you're in the area
