Thoughtful Host, Peaceful Stay, Excellent Experience

I stayed at Lauries property while my kitchen was being renovated. Since I work night shift, there was no way I could sleep at home with contractors working during the day, so finding a quiet place was essential. This apartment was exactly what I needed. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. Laurie went above and beyond after learning I worked nights by blocking the bedroom windows so the room stayed dark during the day. That thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and showed how much she cares about her guests. Laurie was friendly, responsive, and a wonderful host. The apartment had everything I needed and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this property to anyone, especially fellow night-shift workers or anyone needing a peaceful place to stay during a home renovation.

Wonderful Place!!

My stay here was wonderful!!! L. W. actually pulled me out of a unwanted situation with the travel company that made some HUGE mistakes. I really liked the apt. It is a 2 brm, clean and the neighborhood is great!! Walking distance to some great places to eat and you have to visit Angel Falls Coffee. The garage was a plus as I didn't have to park my SUV on the street. When something broke, I simply reached out and the landlord was on it!! If I could go back to this location, I would. Garden oasis

Cute upstairs apartment on quiet side street in heart of highland square. Land lord was very helpful and responsive to any and all requests. Walking distance to night life and short driving distance to several local hospitals. Landlord loves to garden and it shows in the beautiful front and back yard oasis. (Washer and dryer not in unit but available upon request in neighboring property)

Nice place

Nice upstairs apartment Plenty of room. Stairs to it might be a little steep for some but I had no problems Area is quiet but within walking distance to coffee shops , restaurants and such Always felt safe. Parking could be a little tight at times behind house but I had no problems I was not there in winter time so cannot comment on that. Owner has cat and dog but were no problem Would stay again if in area

Unprofessional horrible landlord

Rented from L W. She was rude and unprofessional. Invaded my apartment while i was sleeping to show it to another potential renter towards end of lease with barely than 24hr notice via text. I work nightshift and 1pm is when I'm in the middle of sleeping for me when she showed the apartment. Called me profound names via text when i asked her to show the apartment another time. She tried dictating where i parked because she didnt like me parking in the street on public parking and was Very unprofessional about that. She was mad when i parked in the street or wouldn't park in the poorly cared for small garage behind the apartment because my car wouldn't fit into it (i have a large suv). She harassed me to the point where she came down to my apartment about it. She left old food in the refrigerator. It was listed as a two bedroom and only one was staged. The photos on her post are incorrect for her listing. I would never rent from her again. This experience was terrible.
