Great for First DMV Spot!
Geri was a great landlord! This was our first experience moving to a new city with Furnished Finders, and she was a great host to start off our journey. Being steps away from the metro was a major bonus for my work commute. I loved how close we were to the Wharf, or to Navy Yard for lots to do all around us. The super close metro made it easy to have quick access to much of the city. Whenever we had issues or questions, she always responded quickly. She provided all the info we needed for a smooth move and transition to DC. Geri was a fantastic first impression to Furnished Finders for us! We appreciate her generosity in hosting us.
Wonderful Apartment!
This is a beautiful apartment! Had everything I needed for my stay. There is a nice closet and big windows so lots of natural light. The apartment was clean, and I never had any issues. The building is clean, secure and right next to a grocery store and a metro stop! G was a wonderful host and very quick to respond. Would recommend this space to anyone!
Convenient & Cozy
The building and apartment are clean and quiet, and G is a personable and responsive landlord! She was quick to schedule the one repair that came up while I was there, and was always easy to get in touch with. Super close to the Metro and groceries! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Terrible for the Price
This property owner just wants to pocket your money. There are MULTIPLE ROACHES in the unit and building that she wanted ME to pay for pest control to deal with. Even after they sprayed there were still roaches. The toilet flooded, the bolts on the door popped out. No MICROWAVE!! Every other week there was an issue with this property. And she charges 2400 for a new LOOKING apartment. Not a single amenity. You even have to go into the swampy basement and pay to do your laundry. Then when i tell her Im going to move out, because we couldnt agree on a time for us to do a walk through she had the nerve to tell me that i am still under contract til the end of the lease, meanwhile the listing is back up as available. This woman seemed nice at first and so did the property. But looks are very deceiving. Also the neighborhood directly across the street leaves much to be desired. She complained about my dog that she met and ALLOWED to live in the apartment. SHE AND THIS PROPERTY ARE A JOKE :)
