Modern, Stylish, and Private Casita in Great Location with Utilities Included

Great Location/Property

The owners took extra care to make sure this place was clean, cozy and ready for a long term tenant. I am a solo female travel nurse and always felt safe staying there. Its 5 min from shopping, groceries, gas etc. The property has everything you would need and they even welcomed me with a little basket of snacks and bottle of local wine! After a 12+ hour work day, I looked forward to coming home and was able to relax. Bed is memory foam and very comfortable. I was able to cook full meals with the help of the microwave and 2 burner hot plate. 10/10 would stay here again if I am in Livermore!

5 Star Stay!

I feel so lucky I was able to find this booking to stay at over the summer. As a younger female living alone, I really appreciated the locking gate as well as the close parking spots I could use-- as well as how quiet it was. The casita truly had everything I needed; the hosts included so many thoughtful touches, like a welcome basket and supplies that are easily forgotten. The unit itself is well designed and the amenities did not disappoint, I loved having a dishwasher, washer and dryer to myself. Not to mention the bed is extremely comfortable! The hosts were extremely quick to respond if I ever needed any assistance with the property, so I can't say I had any issues with my stay whatsoever. I really looked forward to coming back to the casita after a long day, and it enabled me to have a truly wonderful summer in Livermore!

The Perfect Retreat

Greysful Place is beautiful! Its very stylish, modern and concise. We had the privilege of staying on the property for a short stint, while visiting the bay area. It has its own entry, is completely private and self-contained. The bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing. Plus, the space is fully furnished. The studio is gorgeous with lots of windows for natural light. Another plus is at night, it has a breath-taking view of the stars. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to stores, the Bart, and has lots of restaurants to enjoy; Downtown Livermore is only a few minutes away!! As nice as the photos are, it looks even better in person. We highly recommend Greysful Place. Dont take it from us. Book a stay and enjoy the experience yourself. You will not be disappointed

I have been doing travel nursing for over a year now and this has been thee best place Ive stayed yet! Perfect location, clean, quiet, and everything you need. This little place has everything you need from a comfortable bed, TV, dishwasher and washer and dryer! The bathroom was my favorite. :) The host was awesome, quick to respond, and delivered all my mail and packages to my door. If Im ever back in the area, Ill stay here again.

not your average rental

For a single female traveling alone, this was a fantastic find! Close to local wineries and scenic locations, this was a peaceful and contemporary alternative to hotel and short-term rentals. It had everything I needed including a kitchenette and in unit laundry. I loved the personal touches from the owners, a nice welcome basket that included local wine and a list of local activities. My stay felt very home away from home and I truly enjoyed my time in Livermore.

Perfect

We enjoyed our time at Greysful Place immensely. It was better than a typical hotel space because of how personalized it felt. We were greeted by the sweet owners with a cute welcome basket and everything was pristine and in place. It was just enough space for my husband, myself, and our 1 year old. We had the option of watching Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. We were even able to wash our clothes and not travel with dirty items on the flight back. The bathroom is amazing! It was quiet and had a quaint feeling to it that just made you feel good! We enjoyed the little patio area outside and used the fire pit to make smores. We will certainly stay here again, hopefully soon!
