Decent location, but...

This barely 'furnished' apartment: a metal two-person bistro set as kitchen table/chairs. No dining room table/chairs (arrived eight weeks later after pleading for it). LR: A couch, & what appeared to be a 5x5 ft pillow, as furniture. No cable, not even air antenna. End tables small and plastic, & very few in #. Used a laundry basket as a night stand. BRs: bed, & 1 night stand. Vacuum cleaner cord was frayed in one section, and when used, got hot, as well as the outlet it was plugged in. I mentioned this to the landlord, emphasizing safety issues. He said he would replace it within the week or so. Never showed up, even months after the mention. Utensils bare minimum. Supplied my own coffee maker, and left it as complimentary. No mention of appreciation. Neighborhood fine. Neighbors no problem. Relatively convenient to necessities. 30 minutes to DC and Baltimore. Location decent. Rent overpriced, for what you get, overall, IMO. Response time is slow! Landlord could've done better.
