3 Month Stay

Spent 3 months in the guest house while on assignment at St Anthony Hospital. It’s close to the highway which makes getting around easy. It’s quiet which is what I needed because I worked overnight and slept during the day. Safe location, friendly hosts. Unit was a comfy place for me and worked well for my needs.

Cozy carriage house with a great location and friendly owners

I was in need of a last minute living arrangement after getting a contract extension and so glad I found this property. Leslie was easy to communicate with and was even able to accommodate me moving in as early as possible. Throughout my stay, she was helpful and friendly (even after giving her unintended headaches about some lost mail :) ). On top of all that was the property itself: the bedroom and bathroom were the perfect size and very well constructed and the kitchen had everything I needed to be comfortable. The living room area was sunny, but not too sunny to make the apartment hot and despite staying in the middle of the summer, I only turned the AC on a couple times. Then there is the location--minutes from LOHI and a short Uber to downtown, literally 2 minutes one way from interstate access and a few blocks the other way to Sloan's Lake made getting around a breeze. I can't recommend the property enough-if I were still in Denver I would 100% still be there.

Great place for temporary stays

The property is great, very quiet and calming with all the trees and landscaping. The house has all the needs you would expect for a short-term rental. I didn't experience a single issue with any aspect of the building in my time here. The owners are beyond nice and provide plenty of privacy but will respond almost immediately if anything is needed. Highly recommended to stay here if you are in Denver.

Felt Like Home, Nice Host

Clean, cute home and ideal location for me to get to my assignment at Porter Hospital. Big refrigerator was nice, and I liked having separate floors for the living area and the bedroom. Yard and landscaping is beautiful and carriage house is well maintained. Gated access in quiet neighborhood, yet it's still close to some microbreweries and good eats. Definitely recommend, and will try and stay here again next time I'm in Denver.

Carriage house

Great hosts and a very cute little home! I felt very safe here as there is really good security. The only downside is that there is no washer dryer and no full kitchen. Other than these minor setbacks, this place was perfect. Came with all the utilities needed and hosts were amazing and very helpful!
