Basement home, there is a possibility of the room being rented is downstairs and there will be a regular flight of stairs to tackle every day. Excellent place to stay!
This home is above and beyond outstanding! The owner B is just a really great guy. You are provided an abundance of space and privacy. The home is kept clean and well maintained. The pool area is gorgeous. The area is safe and close to many stores and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Home away from home
This was a very pleasant stay and rental process. The room and house were clean, roomy, and quiet. The kitchen and pantry were perfect. B was awesome to work with! Enjoyable experience, this is a good place to stay.
