Loved this spot!

Couldnt ask for a better stay! Hosts were super nice and attentive. Great location and very walkable neighborhood. Two blocks to white rock lake and bike paths. Apartment was very clean and spacious w great lighting. Would happily stay here again!

Lakeside gem!

I absolutely love my stay here! The location is simply amazingnestled in a beautiful neighborhood right by the lake, with plenty of scenic trails and stunning views. The unit itself is clean, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it incredibly comfortable to live in. While there isnt an oven, the hot plate provided was a nice alternative. The landlords are wonderfulfriendly and accommodating, always ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it. Youll definitely enjoy your time here!

Home away from home

Where to begin!? I was looking to hopefully find an affordable apartment or something already furnished and I came across this little piece of perfection. B&B, the hosts, are so kind, quick to respond to texts or phone calls and provide all the necessary items for living in the studio. The washer and dryer was easy to use, the car port was a bonus for protecting my car, and the ability to walk to White Rock Lake for weekend runs or after work strolls was a huge plus. The neighborhood is quiet, the trees are plentiful and if you love dogs like I do, Sophie the golden is a wonderful companion and loves when people play ball with her outside. The space inside is much bigger than pictures show, which was a nice surprise. The closet space and armoire are good for clothes and shoes and storage. The bed is SO comfy and having a desk area that faces the window is convenient for taking video calls for work or even just to sit and look out at. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a temporary or even longer term stay if its available. Close to a gym, farmers market, grocery stores, and Lower Greenville for more restaurants and weekend fun. I renewed twice and Im so glad I did. Living somewhere else for 8 months might not have been as easy but this was just what I needed. Everything has been so wonderful, the studio itself is quiet, the neighbors are kind and the hosts are fantastic! So glad I found this. Thank you so much for having me!

Ideal short/mid term rental

A wonderful and cozy rental unit, located close to White Rock Lake. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, one of the nicest in the Dallas area. The lake and its trails are within walking distance and it is a beautiful place to get some exercise or just unwind. The hosts are very friendly and their young golden retriever even more so! They are also accommodating and experienced property managers; everything from documents to unit maintenance was effortlessly handled. The unit itself is well furnished, and the interior looks better than pictured. It has everything you will need for a short stay - from bedding/towels, to basic cutlery and household consumables. The kitchenette may not be a master chef's setup, but it was perfectly adequate for my stay - and I made frequent use of the outdoor grill. Washer/Dryer were easy to use, and I never had to wait for access or had any issues with laundry. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Perfect!

B's guest house was so perfect for my mother (who came to watch our little one for several months) that we extended her stay, twice! The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and close to everything, and B was extremely communicative and quick to respond to any concerns (of which there were few). Its a well maintained, charming guest house and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Dallas/East Dallas area.

Great location, great home-feeling, great people!

I am currently about to start my 3rd month of staying at this studio apartment. The hosts have been very accommodating and quick to respond to any and all of my needs during my stay so far. Some of my favorite things about this rental is the location, safety/privacy, the hosts hospitality, and of course their dog! The location is very close to downtown and is an easy drive to just about anywhere. The neighborhood is a very safe place if you enjoy walking/running and there is a trail around the lake that is within walking distance as well. You have your own fob to enter the driveway and your own private entrance to enter the apartment. There is no oven in the apartment but I can get all my meals cooked with their hot plate and my own air fryer. There is also no washer or dryer but the hosts allow you to do your laundry in their washer/dryer as long as you clear it with them ahead of time. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this location!
