Historic Sanford garage apartment centrally located, walking distance to downtown Sanford.

Home away from home!

I absolutely loved my stay and the area! The place is super close to downtown while still being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors were all very friendly as well. I cant thank Terry and Robin enough for everything they did during my stay. They were incredibly kind and always checked in on me to make sure I was doing well and had everything I needed. They truly made my stay feel like home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy apartment

Cozy apartment near Sanford! Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Has all the necessities and is a great place for medium or extended stays.

Comfy spot with the sweetest landlords!

I have been staying here for over 2 years and I am so sad I am leaving behind such a great spot. Terry and Robbin have been the most understanding and caring landlord I have ever had. They made sure I had everything I needed and more. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around in, the bed is comfy and I was extremely at peace throughout my stay. Cannot recommend enough.
