Great place to stay

The guest house is located in a safe residential area, and everything looks just like the pictures. Joost is an amazing host his communication and hospitality were excellent. I originally planned to stay for four months but had to move out after two weeks due to unexpected issues with my travel assignment. Fortunately, we were able to resolve everything smoothly. Id definitely stay at his place again if I return to Bakersfield.

Home away from home

I stayed in this beautiful studio in Bakersfield, California, for over two years, and it truly became my home away from home. The space was well-maintained, featuring nice appliances and a gorgeous walk-in shower that added a touch of luxury to everyday living. The pool area was a great bonus clean and perfect for relaxing. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Always friendly, responsive, and available whenever I needed anything. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long-term or short-term stay in Bakersfield. You wont be disappointed!

Quality Studio in Good Neighborhood

Great place to stay if youre okay with a smaller space. The large bathtub and walk in closet were definitely highlights and the pool was great to have once the weather got hot. The place is clean and well furnished and J is very responsive and helpful. Know that you are sharing the driveway and there isnt always space for your car but there is street parking. The neighborhood feels very safe and well maintained. You have a separate entrance which is accessible by code and the gates are able to be locked from the inside. J typically rents to other healthcare folks so I had no issues with the renters of the main house. Overall a great place to stay.

Sad to be leaving

I am sad to be leaving. The pictures do not do this place justice! Its so beautiful and peaceful. J is the most gracious host and makes sure that you are comfortable and your privacy is a priority. The neighbors and neighborhood are very friendly. Close to Walmart and the best Mexican restaurant! I highly recommend this place and I guarantee that if Im ever back in Bakersfield again I will check to see if its available!
