Private suite in comfy townhome

Great location

As someone who originally planned to stay short term, I found myself staying for 3 years. Jeanne has been so helpful with the ins and outs of the DC area. The home is completely furnished. There are great kitchen gadgets to use and try. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. This is a great place for short or long term stay. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful neighborhood close to Old Town, Arlington and DC. So many ethnic restaurants within the surrounding area. Easy 8 minute drive to Alexandria Hospital for those whom need to be within a 30 min call window. Jeanne is a wonderful roommate and has been a great resource of information. The neighborhood is a quiet and safe walkable area, with tennis courts and pools that are accessible for use within steps of your door. I have a private space in a well lit basement with easy access to a shared kitchen at the top of the stairs and an exit to the back patio from the kitchen. Plenty of street parking which has not been a problem. Thank you for a warm and welcoming home away from home to rest my head and for me to spend time in. I would definitely request to rent again if I am ever working in the area. Thank you again, MB
