If I could give more than 5 stars

I stayed here for 6 months and loved every minute of it. S and B were by far the best landlords Ive ever had! They were SO welcoming and considerate throughout my entire stay. They made me feel right at home and I truly enjoyed coming back to the apartment every night. Not to mention, they have an adorable lab, C, that would greet me in the driveway almost everyday after work. The apartment was the perfect size for me, included everything I could possibly need (full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, several streaming services), and was very clean. The queen bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains help make the bedroom so dark and cozy. They have an incredible outdoor space with various spots to hangout and relax including several lounging areas, a covered patio with misters, and a fire pit. If I ever find myself back in the Phoenix area, I will definitely be calling them to rent again!!

Secure and quiet location. B and S are such amazing hosts!! The apartment was so cozy and beautiful! If I ever go back to Phoenix, I will definitely be reaching out to them to rent from them again!!

Safe Gated Property w/Upgraded Amenities & Backyard

I've lived here for 9 months (travel nurse) and, judging by what other nurses have shared about their living situations, I can honestly say that I was extremely fortunate to find this property. The apartment, while on the smaller side, has everything you can ask for and often hard to come by: gated property w/on site parking, washer & dryer, oven, free WiFi, 2 TVs w/free streaming services, comfortable queen mattress, large shower w/great water pressure, access to a grill and a beautiful outdoor space w/a misting system where you can comfortably enjoy the Arizona heat. The owners are trustworthy and hospitable, and have always promptly resolved any issues I've had with the property. They're consistently considerate about noise, checking in to make sure I wasn't being disturbed. The neighborhood is safe, and I enjoyed exploring the area on the bike they kindly provided. As a bonus, the sweetest Golden Retriever resides here and she will happily greet you when you arrive!
