Perfect for solo traveler

This property was perfect for my time in Raleigh. The area itself is safe and perfect for walks or runs outside with food and coffee shops nearby. The apartment has a separate entrance in the back of the property which allows for privacy. The apartment is decorated beautifully with modern updates. The landlord was very nice and always timely with responses regarding any questions or concerns. The monthly cleaning service provided was the icing on the cake for a busy traveler! I cannot recommend this property enough.

Cozy unit, close to everything

So glad I was able to find this property during my time in Raleigh. It's close to downtown yet in a quiet historic district. As a travel nurse working at WakeMed, it took less than 10 minutes to get to work. Newer construction has helped make this a very comfortable stay along with such a pleasant and responsive host. My only regret is not finding this place earlier.
