Incredible Location & Amazing Landlord

This place was the perfect size for me and Lisa is incredible. The air fryer/microwave/toaster oven combo came in so clutch with preparing foods without the use of an oven. The window AC in the bedroom blows very cold & during my stay was replaced with a larger unit that cools some of the living space as well as the bedroom completely. There is a washer and dryer outside of the unit that runs very well & is easy to access. Parking was good 85% of the time, but if I got put on call for low census & came home in the middle of the night I would have to park a block or so down. I worked at Queens Punchbowl & it was a 30-40 minute drive for nightshift, but day shift would be more like 1 hour & 45 mins to get to shuttle parking. My boyfriend and I needed something a tad bit bigger for us which prompted our move, but Id rent from Lisa again in a heartbeat.

Great Property!

Aloha! My girlfriend and I stayed in this property for 3 months when we first moved to the island. Although small in space, the price is unbeatable, and location is good. There is a beach a block away, and you can usually see great wildlife (turtles, octopus, etc). Landlord was responsive, and if there was ever issues she responded right away. Just an addition, but they have an amazing puppy that was so nice! If you are looking for a furnished place to stay for a couple months to get adjusted to the island, we made it work with 2 people, but would be amazing for 1 person.

I am so happy to have found this place when I had to move work locations as a travel PT from Big Island to Oahu. I stayed here for about 1.5 years and I can say this place has everything you need for one person. Place presented as described in the description. Whenever any house problems came up Lisa and/or Leo always took care of things so quickly. Always appreciated their open communication and their hospitality. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home near the beach

I would highly recommend this rental property for your stay in Hawaii. Ewa beach is a great quiet location close enough to Waikiki and the north shore. I stayed here for 3 months Lisa was very helpful with navigating Hawaii and recommended great food options. The 3 most important things for me when renting is parking, washer/dryer and having my own space this place was perfect for everything. Lisa is very responsive and helpful so if you have questions reach out.

Well Supplied Property

L was very professional in dealing with this listing. During the move in process and throughout my stay she responded quickly and was proactive in getting me information. The apartment is set up well, with lots of little touches. She was friendly during my time there and worked with me to help it feel more like home.

Perfect space

This was the perfect space for a travel nurse. I enjoyed the location, as the beach is a 5 min walk. The space is perfect hang out when I was tired from work or to come back to after a long shift or a day exploring the island. I enjoyed using the kitchen for food prepping and cooking, as it has everything you could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The sounds of the birds and beautiful back yard are the perfect Hawaiian getaway that made me feel like I was on vacation on my days off. L and L are very kind, helpful people. L was always quick to respond anytime I had a question. I will miss this place and. hope to stay here again for a future contract.

Great Furnished Unit Real Close to Beach

This one bedroom fully furnished unit is the best place to be when in Hawaii (Oahu)! Minutes from the beach! One of the best landlord to have! This furnished unit has all the essentials you need for a great short term stay! Highly recommended for any professionals employed in the Ewa Beach/Kapolei vicinity!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while I was on the island for work. Would definitely stay again if we come back!

Amazing unit to make our own!

L was very accommodating, always available when we locked ourself out, or for any questions (even sent her husband over to help me kill a bug once). Very clean place. L offers basic kitchenware products allowing myself, and fianc at the time (now husband), to create our own home like atmosphere while adjusting to us newly living together. L also has to cutest dog, who wouldnt dare hurt a fly. I highly recommend this property! We would have stayed but needed a place a bit bigger for our growing military family. I am a nurse, and always felt safe when coming home from day shifts or night shifts, the property is gated, and street parking is normally not an issue (right in front of the house).
