Amazing condo!

I rented this condo for 7 months while on a travel assignment, and I truly could not have been happier with my stay! The condo is in a great location of Old Town Scottsdale with tons of restaurants/bars/things to do within walking distance. It is very close to tons of surrounding AZ cities where most hospitals are located in. I felt very safe and at home in this condo. It is also very modern and updated! B is the best landlord - very friendly, flexible/accommodating, and understanding! I would recommend this place to anyone, and would definitely go back if I had any future work assignments in the area!

Amazing Stay!

Property was exactly as pictured! Clean & comfortable in a very safe & convenient area. Pool, maintenance, and grounds were all taken care of perfectly. Owner was incredibly receptive & quick to answer any questions/address any concerns. Super easy to work with and flexible & understanding in regards to move in/move out dates. Would definitely stay again if I ever take another assignment there!

5 stars isnt enough!!

This property absolutely exceeded my expectations. I stayed here with my best friend for a contract and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, and the apartment itself is so cute. B was the best landlord weve ever had hands down. He went above and beyond for us and always answered any questions we had about the property. Cannot stress enough how great this place is!! We will miss it!!!

Best landlord ever!

B was hands down the best landlord weve ever had! From the very beginning answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to help us out in between contracts. The place is clean, cozy and decorated so nicely. The location is PERFECT for Scottsdale. I wish we couldve stayed forever!!!
