A Travel Nurse Dream

This property was an amazing experience from start to finish. S was such an amazing and responsive landlord, and I didn't have a single issue from the time I inquired about moving in. I've been a traveler for 4+ years and this is one of my top properties, no question. The property includes a very comfortable bed, beautiful furnishings, and nicer kitchenware than many places I've stayed. For me the details are what made the difference. A smart tv with Roku, easy access to recycling and composting, and the occasional interaction with the owners' sweet dogs. It's hard to find a property that offers more for the price.

A gem!

I loved living in this apartment...so much I booked it twice! S and R are wonderful landlords- they're easily available when needed, but respect your space. The apartment is incredibly peaceful: it's a quiet neighborhood, you're in the back of the property so there's no street noise, and you're surrounded by big windows that look out over trees. An adult treehouse! It's perfect for 1 person. There is ample storage space in the closet, a super comfy couch (which pulls out to a double bed if needed), a cozy queen bed, and a great bathroom with strong water pressure and constant hot water. Don't let the smaller kitchen deceive you- I cooked elaborate meals and the microwave/oven works even better than most normal ovens. Fully stocked kitchen too. It was the first furnished finder where I didn't need to buy additional items to be fully functional. Super strong internet too. The place is essentially brand new and IMMACULATELY cleaned before move-in. 10/10 recommend.

Great things come in small packages! This studio doesnt fall short in any amenity one may need for a comfortable stay. It has plenty of storage, washer/dryer in unit, TV/wifi and kitchen equipped to cook to your hearts desire (fancy microwave that functions as oven and air fryer as well)! Located in a quiet safe neighborhood. Walkable to many eateries, a quick drive to many shoppes and easy access to public transit so you can enjoy DC without fighting traffic and parking. In warmer months, I enjoyed the scenic walk to Villiage at Shirlington to visit Best Buns Bakery. Trust me its worth a visit! Also check out Crystal City Water Park. The name is misleading, so Google it! This is my second time calling this place home. The hosts made me feel welcomed and were very responsive whenever I needed them. I literally have no complaints! This place stays booked, so dont hesitate and miss out!
