Comfortable and clean place. The bed is very comfortable! Great and safe location. Brandon is a very cool and an easy going guy. I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

This was a GREAT deal for the area compared to other locations, and I didn't have a single problem the entire time. B is respectful and a fun guy to get to know, but never is too overbearing. As a woman, he also made me feel comfortable which can sometimes be nerve-wracking. The bed is comfy, and he even installed some curtain hangers in the middle of my stay (with my approval of entry into the room of course) because he thought it would be nice to keep the curtains open. No drawers for clothes but a big closet with hangers, and some shelving to stack things. He's a big football guy so the games will be on in the house on the weekends, but overall I had a great time at this spot. I would stay again in a heartbeat, and have recommended it to two other friends!

I'm a 28 yo female who completed a 6 month contract as a travel physical therapist in Simi Valley. I appreciated that B was flexible with my move out date. The home is comfortable and has a laid back vibe. It's located in a safe neighborhood with parks and bike paths within 1 mile. As a host, B was accommodating, communicative and respectful. B is talkative and trustworthy. He offered friendship in a town that I didn't know anyone. Highlights of my stay include B playing fetch with my labradoodle and B fixing up my bike for my birthday. During my stay B built a freestanding closet to provide more space for my clothing. I would highly recommend this stay!!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay at this place! The landlord B was super nice and easy going. When l had trouble picking up my daughter he was always there willing to help. He also helped us to move the heavy suite cases up and down the stairs. On the other hand, his house was also really organized and warm. We felt just like home. If it wasnt distance issues, we dont even want to move out

B is very accommodating and really nice. I am so grateful for him. He's very approachable and easy to talk to. His house is really clean and all of the general amenities are offered. Would highly recommend him.

The space is perfect for anyone looking to rent a room in MoorPark/Simi Valley. I had a clinical rotation for a month and B was kind enough to rent this space out to me. The home is well equipped with all the basics you need during your stay. The mattress was comfortable, home was in great condition, awesome privacy, and the landlord is an extremely friendly person! I would highly recommend this space to anyone.

This is honestly a really great place to stay. The neighborhood feels extremely safe and relaxed. All you have are families walking around throughout the day. The house itself is really clean and the bedroom is all ready to go for you just as the photo shows. B is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. He respects your privacy but is also friendly and not reserved or awkward. The time I spent there, it didn't feel like a tenant and a landlord but felt more like like I was living with a friend, which is what it ended up turning into. I would easily recommend him to family and friends needing a place to stay. If I ever return to LA, i'm definitely going to be coming back here. I can't say enough good things about him. Anyone who's respectful would feel comfortable living here from day 1.

I rented a room as a PA student during one of my clinical rotations. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood; 2 mile driving distance from Target, Trader Joe's, and eateries. The house uses a keypad for entry so you never have to worry about getting locked out. You will also be provided with a garage controller in the case the keypad to the front door does not work for whatever reason (which has never happened to me). Landlord (Brandon) is a hilarious, easy-going gentleman. Keeps the house clean and well-supplied (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent). Very respectful of your space as well as noise level. Responds fast to text messages. If I am ever in the area and in need of a room to rent, I would definitely rent here again.

B was an excellent host. Very considerate and respectful. The house is clean and comfortable. I worked night shift and this was the perfect home away from home for me.

I stayed here from aug-oct. I have no complaints. B the owner was attentive. He was respectful and always answered any questions I had. He took me out to lunch my last weekend in town. I would definitely stay here again if I came back. The area is nice. I took lots of day trips to Malibu, Santa Monica, Santa Barbara and Huntington Beach
