Cockroaches !!
We stayed at his rental and it had a cockroach infestation. They were everywhere and I even found them in my luggage after I left. The place was extremely dirty and covered in what looked like pubic hair everywhere when we got there. The landlord refused to let us out of our lease until we told him we would take legal action. We were stuck there for a couple of days and it was an absolute nightmare.
