Excellent Landlord

Mari was an excellent landlord. Her property is clean, organized and my room was equipped with more than was needed for my stay. The property, as well as linens are cleaned on a regular basis. Mari was very friendly and helpful. She showed me around the city and provided me with very useful information to help make my stay comfortable. I felt at home away from home. I would highly recommend her and I would definitely stay at her place again. As a matter of fact, I tried to stay at her place during my second stint in Boston, however, none of her rooms were available at the time. I would definitely stay at Mari if I need to in the future.

Thoughtful touches and welcoming home!

Maribel was incredibly sweet and thoughtful during my stay. On my first day, she took the time to show me around the house and even took me grocery shopping since I didnt have a car. Her home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, always neat and clean. She has free cleaning services every other week that change the bed sheets, which is such a nice touch. My room was fully equipped with more than I neededwater bottles, mugs, reusable takeout containers, a bathrobe, and hair towel wraps. Honestly, you only need to bring your clothes and personal bath products! Theres also a washer and dryer in the basement, adding to the convenience. The house is just a 7-minute walk to bus stops and the commuter rail, making it easy to get to downtown Boston. Plus, the home is protected by an always-on alarm system, which gave me peace of mind. While the neighborhood is undergoing gentrification, I didnt encounter any safety issues during my stay. Thank you, Maribel, for such a wonderful experience!

Great stay

This place was a home away from home. Cozy and comfortable, clean and safe. Miss M was complete joy and she shared the best stories. If ever I'm back in the area I will most definitely stay again!

Great Stay

M is a great host and I highly recommend staying with her. The room and house are very cozy! Very close to the train station which can take you into the Boston area and also very close to bus stops. Also a plus was having a gym right down the street from the home.
