Enjoyable stay near Cherry Creek
Apartment is fully furnished with all essentials . Large refrigerator as well as washer & dryer. Excellent location in safe community. Easy access onto I-25 as well as Colorado Blvd and University. Sharon, the landlord is a realtor and responds quickly to your text / calls. Over 8 month period, I did not encounter any issues / concerns. She is friendly and easy to work with.

Great large basement apartment
Its a nice place to stay in a safe residential neighborhood. Sharon, the landlord, is a wonderful person. I will definitely stay again if Im back in Denver in the future.
